11. Description of commitment and the implementation strategy

Sonera commits to prepare a project dealing with the responsible recycling of data terminal equipment, e.g. mobile phones and mobile phone chargers, during the year 2010. The aim is to make sure that the largest number possible of unused mobile phones are recycled responsibly.

In addition Sonera commits to give 50 working days worth of consulting services to its clients to projects that aim to reduce the load on the Baltic Sea. This is aimed to be done with the means of using IT and modern communication technology applications.
