HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan

HELCOM (The Helsinki Commission): The HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan was adopted by the members on November 2007. This roadmap addresses all the major environmental problems affecting the Baltic marine environment. The action plan distinguishes between measures that can be implemented at regional or national level, and measures that can only be implemented at EU level or globally.
